Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read these terms and conditions set out by Natasha Saunders Interiors, before purchasing services.

By acquiring any of the services offered, you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms and conditions.

 

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are advised not to purchase services from Natasha Saunders Interiors.

1 / The Contract

1.1 An electronic service contract is composed by Natasha Saunders Interiors, outlining necessary project details and requirements. The contract will be sent to you via email, where you will be asked to read these terms and conditions before acquiring services.

 

Please note: by paying your deposit and therefore obtaining services offered by Natasha Saunders Interiors, you are accepting your service contract and these terms and conditions.

2 / Natasha Saunders Interiors Obligations

2.1 With regards to the E-Design Premium package, Natasha Saunders Interiors endeavours to source items that closely resemble or are similar to the items used in your final 3D design, to create the achieved look.

2.2 Natasha Saunders Interiors endeavours to take great care in sourcing items for you. Therefore, where deemed necessary, retailers will be contacted for additional details on items, and online reviews will be carefully considered for quality feedback. 

2.3 Natasha Saunders Interiors endeavours to provide an accurate timescale for each service once details have been discussed, however the dates provided are an approximation only. Natasha Saunders Interiors cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in service. If delays are to occur, you will be notified as soon as possible and updated accordingly.

3 / Client Obligations

3.1 With regards to the E-Design service, you understand that it is your responsibility to implement the 3D design, without the project management of Natasha Saunders Interiors.

3.2 You must provide any information and feedback required by Natasha Saunders Interiors, no later than the given deadline. These deadline dates are set to ensure that your service progresses at a good pace.

If the information requested before your booking date is not received, i.e. photos and measurements of your space, your service will be cancelled and your deposit will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are late providing feedback once work has commenced, for example, giving late approval of your mood board, your project may be delayed with no set completion date. Your deposit or any payments already made, will not be eligible for a refund if this occurs.

3.3 You are responsible for giving accurate dimensions of the room(s) that Natasha Saunders Interiors will be providing a service for. This information will be what Natasha Saunders Interiors will work from, therefore, they cannot be held responsible for any works produced with inaccurate measurements given.

3.4 Before any items are purchased by yourself or Natasha Saunders Interiors on your behalf, you must crosscheck and verify that you are happy with all details, including but not limited to, product dimensions, style, delivery information. 

3.5 If any product Natasha Saunders Interiors recommends are damaged when you receive them, it will be your responsibility to directly contact the supplier and manage the issue.

However, if Natasha Saunders Interiors made the purchase on your behalf using their trade account, you are to contact Natasha Saunders Interiors promptly to help liaise with the supplier.

3.6 You are responsible to uphold and be aware of any safety and care measurements that the manufacturer of your purchased items provides, not Natasha Saunders Interiors. This includes but is not limited to, installation guides, fabric care, hazardous warnings. 

3.7 If your design includes reconstruction to your property, it is your responsibility to make the necessary checks for possible planning permission required, and to speak to other professionals, i.e. builders, structural engineers, for overall advice, before construction work commences. 

3.8 You are welcome to share your design but you must clearly credit all works to Natasha Saunders Interiors, and not market them either as your own or another persons and/or companies.

3.9 You are not to publish or share your shopping list with third parties. 

3.10 You accept that your retail shopping list links the main retail items of your design, and that the sourced items are very similar to those used in your 3D design, and are not exact replicas.

3.11 If you wish to make a complaint about your purchased service, you must address any grievances with Natasha Saunders Interiors within 10 days of your service being signed off. All complaints are to be emailed, outlining details in full. This will enable Natasha Saunders Interiors to deal with your complaint efficiently.

4 / Payment & Refund Terms

4.1 All payments are to be made by credit or debit card via bank transfer.

4.2 Cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.

4.3 An initial deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable if you provide a written notice of cancellation via email to Natasha Saunders Interiors, at least 14 days before your booking date. If given less notice than this to cancel your services, your deposit will not be eligible for a refund. 

4.4 If you are eligible for a refund of your deposit, payment will be refunded by Natasha Saunders Interiors within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

4.5 The payment process for each service is shown on the individual 'Service' pages on this website, and will additionally be stated in your service contract.

4.6 Natasha Saunders Interiors will provide invoices throughout each service, clarifying the amount and payment due date.

4.7 As Natasha Saunders Interiors asks for your approval or confirmation of service results before final payments are to be made, dates will be set when your feedback is required by. This ensures that potential amendments are made promptly, and also enables your service to be signed off agreeably. If your requested approval or confirmation is not given by the deadline date, Natasha Saunders Interiors will issue the final payment invoice without it. The final payment must then be paid within 7 days of the invoice issue date.

4.8 If you have purchased the E-Design Premium package, your custom shopping list will be sent to you once Natasha Saunders Interiors has received your final payment.

4.9 If you have purchased the E-Design Premium package or Personal Shopper service, all trade discount information will be explained in your service contract. 

4.10 For late final payments, an 8% interest rate will be charged. This will be applied per month, starting from the first date your payment is late (the day after your deadline date), until full payment is received. 

4.11 If third parties are called upon by Natasha Saunders Interiors to settle your payments, you will be liable for any expenses incurred.

4.12 Regarding clauses 3.2 and 4.7, if you provide late required information, resulting in either forced cancellation of services by Natasha Saunders Interiors, delayed completion of services, or the issuing of your final payment invoice without your feedback, you will not be eligible for a refund on your deposit or for payments already made.

5 / Termination Policy

5.1 To terminate your contract, you must give Natasha Saunders Interiors written notice via email.

5.2 If you decide to terminate your contract after your project start date and therefore when work has commenced, you will be liable to pay for all services already rendered by Natasha Saunders Interiors, up until the date of termination.

This payment is to be paid within 7 days of terminating your contract. 

6 / Third Party Terms

6.1 If you have purchased the E-Design Premium package, you can ask Natasha Saunders Interiors to communicate with third parties that you have hired, such as tradesmen, to outline any necessary works to be carried out, for an additional fee. Once these details have been outlined, further communication is to remain solely between you and said third parties, as project management is not provided by Natasha Saunders Interiors for online services.

Nonetheless, if Natasha Saunders Interiors has recommended a company to work with to create a bespoke piece of furniture from your design, they are happy to manage this service for you if needed, for an additional fee.

6.2 The decision of employment regarding third parties, including any recommendations given by Natasha Saunders Interiors, is ultimately your responsibility.

6.3 All management of third parties will be your responsibility. (Natasha Saunders Interiors will manage requested bespoke furniture services).

6.4 Natasha Saunders Interiors bears no responsibility for overseeing works carried out by third parties.

6.5 Natasha Saunders Interiors bears no responsibility for any works conducted by third parties.

7 / Product Liability

7.1 If any recommended products you receive are faulty and/or cause damage to your home, including but not limited to fires, flooding, the responsibility is held with the manufacturer and/or retailer, not Natasha Saunders Interiors.

7.2 Natasha Saunders Interiors bears no responsibility for delays in the delivery of your product.

7.3 It is your responsibility to check retailers policies for recommended items, including but not limited to, return policies, delivery/shipping information, before purchases are made.

7.4 All products that are recommended by Natasha Saunders Interiors will either be in stock at the time of your service being completed, be available for pre-order, or have specific lead times for delivery (for example, if it's a made-to-order item). Unfortunately, if recommended items are out of stock when you purchase them at a later date, no substitutes can be provided, as additional sourcing is not included in service charges.

8 / Amendments/Revisions of Service

8.1 With regards to mood boards for the E-Design service, revisions are included to allow for any changes to the design concept. 1 revision is included in the Standard package, and 2 revisions are included in the Premium package (per room).

 

8.2 Small amendments to your 3D design are included in both E-Design packages. 1 revision is included in the Standard package and 2 revisions are included in the Premium package (per room). These said amendments are classified as minor changes to the 3D design, and are not complete redesigns of the given room. This will be at the discretion of Natasha Saunders Interiors.

8.3 Any requested amendments to your service are to occur within the service timeframe. Amendments are not valid after your final payment has been made, as Natasha Saunders Interiors offers the opportunity to request changes, before your service is signed off.

9 / Data Protection

9.1 All of your personal data will be securely stored and protected by Natasha Saunders Interiors. 

9.2 Natasha Saunders Interiors will only share your personal details to third parties to carry out necessary services, such as, purchasing items on your behalf. 

10 / Copyright

10.1 All intellectual property rights and designs created by Natasha Saunders Interiors, are owned by Natasha Saunders Interiors. Therefore, clients and third parties, are not to modify, sell, rent, loan or distribute any materials, documents and overall works that are provided as a service by Natasha Saunders Interiors. 

11 / Breach Of Contract/ T&Cs

11.1 If any parties (Natasha Saunders Interiors, the client, or any third party), have not adhered to these terms and conditions, or are found to be in breach of contract, the dispute must be attempted to be resolved amicably between all parties concerned first. Failure to agree on resolutions set forth, will result in the right for any party to seek legal advice and/or action.

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law. Therefore, any disputes will be settled within English courts.
